Tuna Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 (5-ounce) cans of tuna packed in water
- ½ cup plain yogurt, mayo, or ranch dressing
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 4 tablespoons diced dill pickles
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice
Instructions:
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the following ingredients:
- Tuna (drained from the cans)
- Plain yogurt, mayo, or ranch dressing
- Finely chopped onion
- Diced dill pickles
- Horseradish
- Minced garlic
- Dried cranberries
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- Pickle juice
- Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Season the tuna salad with salt and pepper to taste. A good starting point is ½ teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of pepper, but adjust to your preference.
- Serve your delicious tuna salad with your favorite bread or store it in the refrigerator, covered, until you’re ready to enjoy it.
