I took my medicine this morning at the gym. It was two 110 pound Dumbbells’. (GOD gave me common sense to take care of my body. And I do not take it for granted.) At 60 and close to 50 years of lifting weights, running, jogging, etc. I realize that maintaining a healthy lifestyle does not guarantee that I will outlive all of you; many of you will outlive me. Nonetheless, being in good physical shape simply translates to a higher quality of life. My vitality and strength are the result of staying physically fit, which can be considered a straightforward and sensible form of healthcare according to divine wisdom. I adhered to this regimen this morning. It’s evident that humans were designed to be active and fully functional. Our cognitive capabilities were bestowed upon us to harness mankind’s innovations in support of our overall health. Humans were never meant to suffer from diabetes to the extent that limbs must be amputated, endure strokes due to elevated blood pressure, or battle with excess weight and a lack of physical fitness. It’s about taking proactive measures for a healthier life.
